What is Focus Board?
Focus Board is an AI project board. Every project sits on one board, your top project glows, and each card opens on where you left off and the very next step. An AI teammate works inside each project, and clients get a private link to their own project only.
How is it different from other project apps?
Most project apps wait for you to update them. Focus Board shows one next step per project, keeps your #1 glowing, lets the AI suggest ticks that only a person can approve, and shares one project with a client through a private link instead of a seat in your whole workspace. It's also set up for you, around how you already work.
Does the AI change my projects on its own?
No. The AI can suggest ticking a step with a "Tick this?" card. Only a person can press OK. Each project can also have its own rules for the AI, like "never quote a price", and the AI reads them before every answer.
What do my clients see?
Only the project you invite them to. They open a private link, with nothing to install, and can tick their own steps or just read and comment. They can attach photos, screenshots and PDFs. Turn the link off and they lose access at once.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. It runs in the browser on a phone or a computer, and you can add it to your phone's home screen so it opens like an app.
What will it connect to next?
Today it connects to an AI teammate, email, text, WhatsApp and Telegram notices, file uploads and the AI operating system behind it. Calendars, reminders, email inboxes, Google Drive, payments and automations are being connected next. If you use another tool, connecting it is part of the setup.
